What happens if no SMS arrives?

You are not charged. The price is only held while you wait; if no code arrives before the number expires, or you cancel, the hold is released back to your balance automatically.

How long is a number active?

Usually 20 minutes. Most codes arrive within a minute; each page shows the typical time for that service and country.

Can I receive more than one code?

Yes, while the number is active. Some services also let you buy the same number again later for another code.

How do I pay?

Top up your balance with crypto or a local payment method, then buy numbers from it. Prices are in US dollars.

Is this for bank or government accounts?

No. Banking, government and mobile-operator verifications are blocked. See the Acceptable Use Policy for everything that is not allowed.

Do you have an API?

Yes. Create an API key in your account settings and follow the API documentation; SDKs for PHP, Python and Node are available.
