Terms of Service

Dernière mise à jour : 4 October 2026

Draft for legal review. Company details and policy values (5 Sims, 180…) fill in from Settings → Brand & company and Legal & policies. Replace every remaining [PLACEHOLDER] and have a lawyer approve this page before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and 5 Sims, [Not set: Registered address] ("we", "us"), for the use of 5 Sims (the "Service").

1. The Service

We provide temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, sold per activation, through our website and API. Numbers come from third-party suppliers; we do not own the numbers and cannot guarantee that a particular app will accept them.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
  • Keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys secret. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.
  • One person may not use several accounts to get around limits, promotions or enforcement.

3. Balance and prices

  • You top up a balance in US dollars and buy numbers from it. Prices are shown before you buy and can change at any time; you are never charged more than the price you confirmed.
  • When you buy, the price is held. It is charged only when the order finishes after a code arrives. If no code arrives, or you cancel or report the number, the hold is released. See the Refund Policy.
  • Bonuses and promotional credit have no cash value and may expire.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, limit or stop orders, and suspend or close accounts that break it.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that numbers are always in stock, that every code arrives, or that the Service is uninterrupted. Current status: status page.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraud, chargebacks, or a legal requirement. On closure for a violation, the remaining balance is handled as described in the Refund Policy. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for what a third-party app does with a number or code. [LAWYER TO REVIEW FOR THE GOVERNING JURISDICTION]

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Not set: Governing law]. Disputes go to the courts of [Not set: Governing law], unless the law where you live says otherwise.
