Draft for legal review. Company details and policy values (5 Sims, 180…) fill in from Settings → Brand & company and Legal & policies. Replace every remaining [PLACEHOLDER] and have a lawyer approve this page before launch.

Numbers from 5 Sims are for legitimate sign-ups and testing, such as keeping your personal number private, testing your own app, or using a service from another country.

Not allowed

  • Banking, payments, government and mobile-operator accounts. These are blocked, and trying to get around the block is a violation.
  • Fraud: fake identities, account takeover, bypassing another company's identity or security checks, payment fraud, bonus or referral abuse on other services.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, or anything that harms another person.
  • Spam and bulk abuse: mass account creation for spam, fake engagement, or manipulating reviews, votes or ratings.
  • Impersonation of a person or organisation.
  • Illegal content or activity under the laws of [Not set: Governing law] or where you are.
  • Reselling our service in a way that hides these rules from your own customers.

How we enforce it

  • Our systems block restricted services, check SMS for signs of restricted use, and limit how fast accounts can buy.
  • Depending on the case we may warn you, limit your account, cancel orders, ask for identity verification, suspend, or close the account. Remaining balance on a closed account is handled as in the Refund Policy.
  • We keep records of enforcement and may share information with authorities as described in our Law-enforcement request policy.

If a number or account from our service is being used against you, contact us with the details. We read every report.
